Passive Perk: Full Auto (increases the rate of fire By 4)
Exotic Perk: Sudden Stop / Upon 2 precision Hits, a 3rd shot from the reserves will be loaded in.
Sudden Stop which will make "anything" stop moving with with no boosting or walking of any kind (abilities will still work like nightshade twilight though you cant jump so not really and grenades and melees.)
Rate of fire: 10 (Will be Similar to black spindle but slower)
Impact: 38 (one higher than spindle)
Range: 80 (you will like the scope )
Stability: 46
Reload: 100
Barrel Options:
(barrels will increase in size on the gun when Smooth Ballistics is Equipped and decrease in size on the gun when CQB is equipped)
CQB ballistics: reduces recoil to non-Existent but penalty to range:moves it to 20 instead of 80(you will see why)
Smooth ballistics: Increases Range to 100 But increases recoil to 4th horseman level
Sight Options: (Replaces Tree Perks)
Combat sights: Equips No land beyond-like sight with less zoom.
Marksman sight: Equips Zen Meteor-like sight but zoomed in a little more.

I'm wondering where this would be used, if the sudden stop bullet is only loaded after 2 precision hits then I don't see it getting used in crucible, zen meteor's special bullet is hardly ever used, and in pve the only things you would really want to keep from moving would be thralls, dreg pikes, or enraged ogres, thralls would die from the shot before getting stopped, pikes are only in ONE story mission, and ogres only enrage when they're about to die anyways. Also full auto seems pretty wasted considering the RoF and the need for precision.
